As a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, my first experience with Pilates was an 'Ah-ha" moment. I couldn't believe that I had been missing out on this amazing and extremely effective total body work out for so long! It is the perfect workout that fuses the mind/body connection with strength, stamina and stretch. As a runner and fitness trainer, overuse injuries had become a common occurrence. Pilates helped heal, strengthen and tone my body in ways I knew were not possible through other fitness trends. I am looking forward to sharing the knowledge obtained through my experience and certifications including Power Pilates, AFFA, ESA and NCAA. I look forward to working with you to achieve your ultimate fitness goals by finding YOUR strength within.
