The art of movement has always been a part of my life as a gymnast, cheerleader and competitive equestrian. My college studies in anatomy and adaptive P.E. taught me that 'movement heals,' and I've been a fitness instructor since the early '90s. I'm certified in all types of group fitness and personal training, and I enjoy teaching workshops to help other instructors develop their skills. I've completed the highest level of certifications in both the classical and contemporary methods of Pilates including Polestar Pilates, Physical Mind Pilates and Power Pilates. I'm also certified in the Xtend Ballet Barre Method as well as GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® methods. I look forward to making your workouts fun, functional, and most of all...never boring.
