I discovered Pilates in 2013 and have loved the changes that I experienced so much that I became a certified Power Pilates teacher in 2017. Pilates has helped me gain a leaner and stronger body, improved my balance, relaxes me, and allows me feel more confident. I am also an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor teaching TRX.  What is great about Pilates is that everyone can benefit regardless of age or physical activity. I love helping clients reach their fitness goals, encouraging them every step of the way! As Joseph Pilates said: “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness”
